- Train and manage maintenance technicians
- Act hands-on with preventative maintenance of CNC and other machinery
- Lead various problem solving projects and other troubleshooting
- Lead daily meetings on machine issues and what needs to be addressed as a priority
- Involvement in process flow/layout projects to ensure efficiency in remodels and expansion
- Develop and implement maintenance strategies to ensure optimal performance of equipment and facilities.
- Schedule and oversee preventive and corrective maintenance tasks.
- Coordinate with vendors and contractors to ensure timely completion of maintenance projects.
- Monitor and manage maintenance budgets and resources effectively.
- Ensure compliance with safety and regulatory standards across all operations.
- Train and supervise maintenance staff to promote skill development and safety awareness.
- Analyze maintenance data to identify trends and recommend process improvements.
- Respond promptly to emergency maintenance requests to minimize downtime

- Technical degree preferred
- 5-10+ years of experience in a similar role
- Electrical background in terms of maintaining machinery with electrical components
- OSHA Compliance experience
- Safety leadership experience
- Ability to interpret technical drawings of machinery you will be maintaining and troubleshooting
- CMMS experience a plus
